Contact Groups for mass emailing

  1. Go to the Contacts > New Contact drop-down menu and select Contact Group.
  2. Enter a Contact Group name. This will be the Display Name for the distribution list. The name must be available. If it is not available, you will received an error notice and will have to enter another name.
  3. Select the members that you wish to be added to the group.
  4. Click Save. The accounts are added to the distribution list and the account’s distribution list address book is updated to show the distribution list name.

Every time you will use the Group name to send an email, all members will automatically be added to the recipient list.
